If you're not happy we're not happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days, follow our Returns Policy below, and we'll take care of your return shipping.
If you see something on our store and find it elsewhere for a better price, let us know and we'll beat it by 10%. If you've already bought from us (great choice by the way) and you find it cheaper after the fact, just let us know within 7 days of purchase at email@example.com and we'll refund the difference plus 10%.
For items that are in stock, customer orders placed before 12 pm MDT,
Monday–Friday will usually ship that same day because we work very hard to deliver the best possible service. Orders placed after 12 pm MDT Monday–Thursday will ship
within 24 hours. Orders placed later than 12 pm MDT on Friday (or during the weekend) will ship the following Monday. In all cases we will try our best to exceed these minimum expectations.
Certain items ship directly from our vendors and generally ship out in three business days or less.
Ships From Vendor items always will ship separately, regardless of any other items in the order. This means if you place an order for three items that say "Ships within 24 hours" and two other items with delivery times of 1 week or more, your items will be sent to you separately so that they arrive on or before the delivery date estimate.

Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only
be made during business hours (Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm MT).
We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option due to Advanced Primate's business model. The vast majority of the products that we offer are in stock at our warehouse and those items generally ship via USPS priority 2-3 day mail.
Other products we feature on our site are handmade or are pre-orders and in many of those cases we do not have inventory in stock at the time an item is offered for sale. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers, but it usually adds about a week or two to the wait time.
Within the United States we ship using either USPS or FedEx. Some of our brand partners who ship directly to you may also use UPS. Please note that all US orders over $250 will be shipped with a signature requirement.
For international orders we ship with DHL Global eCommerce.

In addition to the United States, we ship to many other countries around the world including: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Chine, Columbia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs for international orders vary based on destination and are calculated on the checkout page, but generally they will follow our standard pricing.
Please note that some products do not ship internationally, including (but not limited to) knives/blades, flammable items, items with lithium batteries, and any products that require special handling due to their weight and/or size. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be stated on individual product pages.

Please note that these average transit times are given as estimates only, actual transit time may be considerably longer in some cases. Advanced Primate does not make any delivery guarantees for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US.
We try very hard to issue refunds as quickly as possible!
The process goes pretty much like this:
Once we've physically received your return package and confirmed the condition and contents, we will start the refund process. Our target is to get you your money back within 10-17 business days from the time you send your return item back to us, but it could take up to 4 weeks during our busiest returns season (November-February).
Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement. This time will vary based on your cardholder policy.
Lastly, we will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
If your order arrived containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible with your order number, description, and a photo of the issue - we promise we'll make it right.
Due to Advanced Primate's business model some brands and sales are only on the site for a limited time. In those cases we won't always restock something that we've sold in the past.
If there is a particular product that you're interested in that's currently sold out, we recommend signing up our newsletter located at the bottom of any page on our site. We send out restock notifications for popular items that were previously sold out as part of our service to our newsletter subscribers.
Once you've done that, rest assured that you will be notified if and when that item is back in stock!
Advanced Primate carries a wide range of different products, so we are not able to offer a blanket warranty on everything we sell.
Many of the brands we work with offer warranties for any issues outside of normal wear and tear. If you're not able to get in touch with a brand directly, please contact us and we'll be happy to help coordinate a warranty claim or see what else we can do to make it right.
