If you're not happy we're not happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know by emailing support@advancedprimate.com for a free return label to returning your item(s) within 30 days, follow our Returns Policy below, and we'll take care of your return shipping. Your item must be received back at Advanced Primate within 30 days to qualify. 

If you see something on our store and find it elsewhere for a better price, let us know and we'll beat it by 10%. If you've already bought from us (great choice by the way) and you find it cheaper after the fact, just let us know within 7 days of purchase at support@advancedprimate.com and we'll refund the difference plus 10%.

For items that are in stock, customer orders placed before 12 pm MDT, Monday–Friday will usually ship that same day because we work very hard to deliver the best possible service. Orders placed after 12 pm MDT Monday–Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed later than 12 pm MDT on Friday (or during the weekend) will ship the following Monday. In all cases we will try our best to exceed these minimum expectations.

Certain items ship directly from our vendors and generally ship out in three business days or less.

Please note:

• Ships From Vendor items always will ship separately, regardless of any other items in the order. This means if you place an order for three items that say "Ships within 24 hours" and two other items with delivery times of 1 week or more, your items will be sent to you separately so that they arrive on or before the delivery date estimate.
  

Estimated delivery dates for each product are displayed on individual product pages and also in the order confirmation email you’ll receive immediately after placing an order.

If you have already placed an order and would like to:

• Cancel the order
• Add or remove items
• Change the shipping address

Please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing your order. For the best chance of us being able to honor your request, please send your message with the subject line "Modify or cancel order" and include your order number in the body of your message.

Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours (Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm MT).

We occasionally offer coupons, promo codes, or first-time buyer discounts, but it is not the norm. We try very hard to only carry quality products that are worth your hard-earned dollar.

We will not honor codes found on third-party discount, coupon, or promotion websites.

We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option due to Advanced Primate's business model. The vast majority of the products that we offer are in stock at our warehouse and those items generally ship via USPS priority 2-3 day mail.

Other products we feature on our site are handmade or are pre-orders and in many of those cases we do not have inventory in stock at the time an item is offered for sale. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers, but it usually adds about a week or two to the wait time.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information for your item(s). You can also quickly access tracking information for past orders via your account page.

Within the United States we ship using either USPS or FedEx. Some of our brand partners who ship directly to you may also use UPS. Please note that all US orders over $250 will be shipped with a signature requirement.

For international orders we ship with DHL Global eCommerce.

If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate you.

In addition to the United States, we ship to many other countries around the world including: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Chine, Columbia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs for international orders vary based on destination and are calculated on the checkout page, but generally they will follow our standard pricing.

Please note that some products do not ship internationally, including (but not limited to) knives/blades, flammable items, items with lithium batteries, and any products that require special handling due to their weight and/or size. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be stated on individual product pages.

Average Transit times

• Australia - 18 days
• Canada - 10 days
• United Kingdom - 13 days

Please note that these average transit times are given as estimates only, actual transit time may be considerably longer in some cases. Advanced Primate does not make any delivery guarantees for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US.

Advanced Primate is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product that you purchased, which is why we offer a 30-day return / exchange period.

• Returned / exchanged items must be in 100% resalable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged)
• Time frame begins at original purchase date
• Return item(s) must be received back at Advanced Primate within the 30-day window.
• All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. advancedprimate.com)

We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. All sales of those items are final. To initiate a return or exchange, visit our returns page.

We try very hard to issue refunds as quickly as possible!

The process goes pretty much like this:

Once we've physically received your return package and confirmed the condition and contents, we will start the refund process. Our target is to get you your money back within 10-17 business days from the time you send your return item back to us, but it could take up to 4 weeks during our busiest returns season (November-February).

Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement. This time will vary based on your cardholder policy.

Lastly, we will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

If your order arrived containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible with your order number, description, and a photo of the issue - we promise we'll make it right.

We understand that your inbox is sacred so we want to make sure we're sending emails at whatever cadence is right for you. You can update your email preferences at any time via your account page.

Your options are:

• All Advanced Primate Emails (2-2 per week)
• Once Per Month
• Clearance Events Only (4 times per year)
• Unsubscribe

Please note that whatever option you select, you will always receive an email confirmation. 

You also have the option of unsubcribing completely from any email you receive from us.

Due to Advanced Primate's business model some brands and sales are only on the site for a limited time. In those cases we won't always restock something that we've sold in the past.

If there is a particular product that you're interested in that's currently sold out, we recommend signing up our newsletter located at the bottom of any page on our site. We send out restock notifications for popular items that were previously sold out as part of our service to our newsletter subscribers.

Once you've done that, rest assured that you will be notified if and when that item is back in stock!

Advanced Primate carries a wide range of different products, so we are not able to offer a blanket warranty on everything we sell.

Many of the brands we work with offer warranties for any issues outside of normal wear and tear. If you're not able to get in touch with a brand directly, please contact us and we'll be happy to help coordinate a warranty claim or see what else we can do to make it right.
